My responsibilities are: • Reporting to District coordinator. • Work Planning preparation. • To conduct advocacy sessions with LHWs, CBOs, Community elders. • To assist in planning and organizing of the advocacy/BCC activity schedule in the work plan in the target Districts/Agencies, • Monitoring of LHW, s & (CBOs) during the BCC sessions. • To prepare monthly/Quarterly activity plan in consultation with district coordinator, • Organizing the Monthly coordination meeting. • Cross checking of the FM-1,FM-2 with the OPD Register, and Making FM-3 • Monitoring of the Health Facilities • Any other task assigned by the District coordinator.

• Supervising basic education community schools in South Waziristan Tribal District.
• Monitoring Evaluation and Assisting local school administration.
• • To Conduct the Monthly Cluster coordination meeting at the district level
• • To supervise district based M&E/Data Officers for collection and compilation of field based data
• • To carry out follow-up monitoring visits to materialize actions agreed in action plan, also maintain Monitoring-Action Plan Tracker' at field level
• • To assist M&E in carrying out preliminary first inquiry report in case of serious nature of complaints filed by beneficiaries/communities
• • To maintain complaints and feedback tracking database and do follow up on complaints to reach a resolution involving relevant project/program staffs
